Last night the girls went trick or treating with Dianne and I. While, Alison really just went for a ride in the stroller, Madelyn was able to participate like the big kids. She said trick or treat, thank you, and bye at every house and only got scared a couple of times. Of course it wasn’t because of scary decorations, but loud booming barks coming from closed rooms. The night was absolutely perfect for trick or treat and the kids didn’t have to wear bulky winter coats. Patrick and Maddie were big hits. Everyone was marveling at how cute the two of them were. Madelyn was Dorothy from the Wizard of Oz, Patrick was a young Harry Potter, and AJ was also Harry Potter, but in his Quidditch gear. Little Ali, was the cowardly lion and a cute one at that.
